Charming 3 bedroom Los Osos bay view home. Offers a great open kitchen, a large deck, wood-burning fireplace, comfortable bedrooms, a 2-car garage, and it is only a short walk to the incomparable Elfin Forest! Washer and dryer located in the garage with access off of the master suite. Master bedroom with a King sized bed, master bath has a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has a queen. The second bath is a tub/shower combo. This home is only one story, so all bedrooms, baths and living space is single level once you walk up the entry stairs. Great home for family gatherings!

  Spacious home, comfortable, beautiful view of Morro Rock. Older, dated furniture and design but functional and comfortable. Property Manager scheduled repairs during our stay which was annoying, but we worked around it. The home was generally clean but the property needs some attention (i.e. ceiling fan broken, drains clogged, appliances dirty, etc.)

  We stayed for 9 weeks, to experience the winter to spring season. We love hiking, bird watching, cycling (mtn and road), and seafood. SLO County has all that, and this house in Los Osos was in the prefect location to experience it all. Although this year was very rainy (Calif really needed it), we put on our rain gear and went for it! The house is a cute, beach-style, very roomy with big windows and a deck that looks out on Morro Bay, the marina and the Rock. Both bathrooms are nice, and recently upgraded. Also, the hardwood floor made it really nice, and easy to keep clean. It is just up the street from the Elfin Forest, which is beautiful for your daily walk! And, it's just a .7 mi walk to the Back Bay area, with several restaurants near by - and, a local bakery on 3rd St!

  This is a well maintained home with a nice view. We have stayed at this property multiple times. The home has everything you need in the kitchen and updates are made regularly, this past stay we noticed the bathrooms had been redone. Our son and his family moved to Los Osos three years ago and this is a convenient location with room to entertain when we host a meal with them.
  The property managers are the BEST!

  We had a lovely time at 1197 11th Street. The views were fantastic. The owner has family photos out so it was nice that they left it so personal, thats few and far between now adays. The rental office was so helpful with things to do in the area. We will be back next year. Its an older home, but it has some newer touches and it is located on a corner, but the neighborhood is great.

  We stayed two nights at this house and found everything to be in order when we arrived. The furnishing and some of the interior were a little dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. We couldn't get a signal on the satellite TV, but hopefully that has been fixed and the king size bed could use a new mattress. There were plenty of linens and extra rollaway beds, although we didn't use them. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view of the Rock and bay. The location was perfect for us, right down the street from our aunt's house who we were visiting for her 75th birthday. All in all, it was an adequate and cozy place for us four sisters to stay. We will be back!

  We had a nice stay but the home is in major need of an update. You could tell the bathrooms were clean but the tile is so old they still felt dirty. Los osos is currently under construction for a sewer project so we had tractors in front of the house and could here voices every day starting at 7am. I know there was nothing that could be done, and the office did warn us that this project was happening but it was still disappointing. The view is lovely.
