This beautiful, newer construction contemporary 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home is truly a home away from home. The spacious, open living area is a wonderful place to relax or entertain. The gourmet kitchen features everything you would need to make a family meal and the open floor plan allows everyone to be included in the entertainment. The living room is outfitted with a queen sized sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Cozy, yet bright and airy. Views of Morro Strand from the living room and balcony adjacent to the living room. The Master Bedroom, with a king bed and flat screen tv is located on the 2nd floor. The Master en suite bath features a large walk in closet, double sinks and spacious walk in shower. This level also features a half bath and a well equipped laundry room- complete with iron & ironing board. Located downstairs, at ground level, are two guest bedrooms, one with a King bed & flat screen tv, the other with a queen bed. There is an additional Full bath downstairs.

  We really enjoyed our time on Sicily. We kept the windows open and enjoyed the ocean breeze and view while preparing our meals. My husband enjoyed reading out on the balcony. The floorplan is perfect. We will be back next year!

  We had the best time at Sicily house. Great ocean views. Home is immaculately maintained with all the modern touches you dont normally find in Morro Bay beach houses. We enjoyed the patio area and walks to the beach took 10 minutes with 2 kids in tow. This is our 3rd time renting with seaside, and thank you Marissa for suggesting this home. It was perfect for us and we will be back next year for hopefully longer.

  First, this home beyond exceeded our expectations. We had originally contacted Seaside about another home but it was unavailable for our dates and Marissa suggested this home instead. We were hesitant because it seems so close to the HWY 1 ( which it is) but the noise wasn't what you'd think it would be. The home was immaculate. Weve stayed in many vacation rentals and this home was cleaned like it was someones personal residence that they really take pride in. Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh. Rental company was wonderful. Highly recommended company & home.

  This is a lovely home- nicely appointed, very clean and great floor plan for multifamily stays. The master bedroom and a half bath are upstairs, with the living room, dining area and kitchen that all have an ocean view. 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, very comfortable beds. The management office is so easy to work with and available 24 hours a day. You wont be disappointed with this home.
